Our chapter’s goal is to cater specifically to Babson students, faculty, and alumni, while also building connections with other Adam Smith Society chapters at local colleges.

The Babson Fashion Initiative aims to create a platform where graduate students explore the intersection of fashion, identity, culture, and entrepreneurship. The mission is to empower students to express individuality while connecting fashion with Babson’s entrepreneurial spirit and global community. While existing clubs may focus on sustainability or women in business, this initiative differentiates itself by focusing specifically on fashion as a tool for self-expression, innovation, and venture creation, serving as a bridge between creative industries and business leadership.

Our mission is to serve as a platform for Babson graduate students to advance their understanding, knowledge, and skills in intrapreneurship.
Objectives:
-Increase awareness about intrapreneurship and employee-driven innovation across industries and contexts
-Provide networking opportunities with Babson alumni who are successful in intrapreneurship
-Learn from best practices presented by industry leaders seasoned in intrapreneurial initiatives
-Obtain transferable skills in implementing intrapreneurial initiatives post-graduation, in own family firms, as corporate employees, or as consultants.

Through speaker events, cultural exchanges, and networking events, we seek to bridge knowledge gaps, celebrate the region’s diversity to enrich the diverse student body while providing students with practical insights into MENA industries. Our mission is to share with Babson students the awareness
and resources needed to engage professionally and culturally with the MENA region, promoting global collaboration and understanding

Moms@Babson Initiative's mission is to build a safe, supportive, and inclusive community for mothers balancing graduate school and/or work, the Moms at Babson Initiative will provide resources, pregnancy and motherhood support, and a sense of belonging. Women can enjoy individual time away from partners and children while building a healthy social life. Events will include moms-only gatherings, activities with children, and family-inclusive events, but the primary focus is on moms' well-being.

The Founder's Cut is a strategic storytelling lab dedicated to deconstructing cinematic narratives and applying the principles of masterful persuasion, leadership rooted in purpose, and branding that fosters deep human connection to build enduring and ethical ventures. Analyzing the core intent, integrity, spirituality, and ethical foundations of the narrative (or business). Does the film's purpose resonate with the audience's values? This parallels defining a startup's mission and ensuring moral alignment with market expectations (authenticity and trust).
