Our chapter’s goal is to cater specifically to Babson students, faculty, and alumni, while also building connections with other Adam Smith Society chapters at local colleges.

Our mission is to serve as a platform for Babson graduate students to advance their understanding, knowledge, and skills in intrapreneurship.
Objectives:
-Increase awareness about intrapreneurship and employee-driven innovation across industries and contexts
-Provide networking opportunities with Babson alumni who are successful in intrapreneurship
-Learn from best practices presented by industry leaders seasoned in intrapreneurial initiatives
-Obtain transferable skills in implementing intrapreneurial initiatives post-graduation, in own family firms, as corporate employees, or as consultants.

Graduate Initiative - Cultural/Affinity

Mission
Moms@Babson Initiative's mission is to build a safe, supportive, and inclusive community for mothers balancing graduate school and/or work, the Moms at Babson Initiative will provide resources, pregnancy and motherhood support, and a sense of belonging. Women can enjoy individual time away from partners and children while building a healthy social life. Events will include moms-only gatherings, activities with children, and family-inclusive events, but the primary focus is on moms' well-being.
