Greta Bajrami is the CEO and founder of Golden Group Roofing, a roofing services company, and Rootless, a tech platform focused on e-learning and consulting services. An immigrant from Tirana, Albania, Greta moved to the U.S. at age nine and grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she attended Worcester State University.
During her senior year of college, Greta turned inspiration into a multimillion-dollar brand. With no prior roots in exterior remodeling, she identified a need for higher quality and better use of technology to enhance the customer experience. She innovated construction processes and elevated industry standards, earning both local and national recognition.
Her leadership in a male-dominated industry has earned her numerous accolades, including Worcester Business Journal 40 Under 40 (2017), Remodelers Magazine Big 50 (2019), Pro Remodeler 40 Under 40 (2021), Female Roofer of the Year finalist (2021), and EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2023 New England Award winner.
Greta is committed to changing the face of construction and advocating for women in the industry. She serves as Executive Board Director and 2nd Vice President of the North East Roofing Contractors Association and sits on the Foundation Board and Scholarship Committee of Worcester State University.

Susanne Seitinger

Susanne is the VP of Product Marketing at CoreWeave, where she defines core positioning and messaging for the company’s AI cloud platform. She directs the end-to-end go-to-market execution for high-priority releases, including the CoreWeave Mission Control or CoreWeave ARENA. By establishing a high-velocity cadence for product announcements, she aligns engineering and GTM teams to drive brand awareness and a positive perception of full-stack AI capabilities.
Previously, Susanne served as the AI and Machine Learning Marketing Director at AWS, directing global strategies for flagship products like Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker HyperPod. In the early 1990s, she co-founded CyberDialogue, where she pioneered the use of online focus groups for social research.
Marian is the author or co-author of 18 books, most recently The New Megatrends: Seeing Clearly in the Age of Disruption. She holds a degree in sociology from Brown University and, in recent years, has completed half the credits toward a graduate degree in international affairs at Johns Hopkins.
