Mike Liberatore has spent his career where finance and technology meet. He began at eBay and PayPal, then spent nine years at Airbnb, rising to Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development. Today he is Business Finance Officer at OpenAI, where he leads finance for the company's AI infrastructure, one of the most capital-intensive buildouts in tech today.

From payments and e-commerce to marketplaces to artificial intelligence, his path follows some of the biggest shifts in technology over the past two decades. At each stage, he helped build the financial foundation behind them.
